Cops tumbsdown!
Police misconduct is not a rarity these days. I was visiting Pakistan last month and saw a mob of people being hit badly by the Police. Ofcourse it is different in developing countries like that but in the US the laws are very strict.
Things start getting serious even when law enforcement officers think ahead of themselves and start searching in people’s homes without proper search orders or warrants .
A legal claim against the officials can be filed in cases like this. Proof that the law enforcement officers were careless or negligent is not enough to succeed in this type of case. Instead, the victim must have evidence that police knew they were acting in an unreasonable or unlawful manner, and intentionally caused injury.
